Call ahead (289-WE-BUILD) and I can meet you there by appointment, or if you feel lucky, I may be there when you come. Buildings are left unlocked. Not all inventory is for sale.

Absolutely! All of our buildings are customizable. We have a standard placement for doors and windows, but if you would like an additional door, window, roll-up, etc., we can easily accommodate.

We can add or take away just about anything you would want, as long as it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the building. There is additional information on the Options and Features page.

We can build as small as a 6’x10′ up to a 16’x54′ building. The length of our buildings are always measured from front to back along our floor platform. 8', 10', 14', and 16' wide buildings are measured eave-to-eave 12' wide buildings are measured wall-to-wall (for pilot car reasons).

We offer free delivery up to 80 kilometres from any Premier delaer in Ontario. If you are beyond the 80 kilometre radius, please contact me so I can give you an accurate cost.

We offer a wide range of building options and sizes for each product. Pricing depends on hauling restrictions, shipping costs, and associated material costs. BUT, our pricing is upfront and transparent.

WE DO NOT DO CREDIT CHECKS ON RENT-TO-OWN!

We offer an affordable alternative to buying your portable building by signing a 36 or 48-month rent-to-own contract.

A small security deposit is all that is due to get a building delivered to you. And your rental contract is completely open: pay it off in month 2 or later with no penalty, OR give the building back any time for no penalty!

Currently looking at 2-3 weeks for on-lot inventory, and 5-7 weeks (weather and business flow pending) for customer builds. A delivery professional will contact you to schedule your delivery date and time.

Premier Buildings is not responsible for permits, code restrictions, damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities. It is up to the customer to ensure that ground conditions are suitable.

Pressure-treated wooden blocks for leveling up to 18 inches are provided. Concrete blocks may be used but must be provided by customer.

The only requirement is a general level location for your building to sit on (we will level the building up to 18″). Our buildings are designed to rest directly on their skids.

In order to level the building we use treated wood blocks. If you would like to have your building on concrete blocks, we only require that you provide the blocks.

Premier Portable Buildings now offers custom built on-site options in most locations. If you're limited on space, give me a call to request a custom build-on-site option. (additional fees apply for on-site builds)

A vertical space of 14′, measured from the ground to the top of the building when it is on the trailer, is required. Be sure to take any tree branches and utility wires into account.

While our drivers are very skilled with a Mule, they will still need a minimum of 1′ of space to maneuver the building through an opening. That is, a building 12′ wide will require a 14-foot wide space (1 foot on each side).

You are responsible for contacting your local city and county agencies in regard to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants.

Also, it is recommended that you contact your Home Owners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations may apply.

Customer should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on property. Customer will incur charges if Premier has to come back and move your building.
